Our company deals with personal data using paper and digital means and collects them:
as a result of the email reception spontaneously. Purpose of the treatment: to answer to the information inquiries received.
The personal data are conserved the time closely necessary to achieve the aim for which they have been collected. The lacked comunication of the data can involve the impossibility to obtain the requested service.
The personal data come dealt in a lawful way and according to correctness. We do not communicate or diffuse to other subjects information regarding the customers with comercial purposes.
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code any interested party (any person whose data is held by us) has the right t know at any moment what personal information is in our possession and how it is used: update the information, add to, rectify or cancel it; request its suspension or object to its use. Such rights can be exercised by sending a request to the person responsible for data: COURMAYEUR MONT BLANC FUNIVIE SpA, Strada regionale, 47, 11013 Courmayeur (AO).
