On 30th December 2025, the Torchlight Descent of the Ski Instructors of the Monte Bianco Ski and Snowboard School returns—an event that takes on an even more special meaning this year. In 2026, the Monte Bianco Ski School will celebrate 90 years of history, passion, and tradition.
From the starting point at Col Chécrouit to the arrival in Dolonne, the instructors will ski down the slopes carrying torches, tracing a glowing line across the snow and lighting up the pistes in a breathtaking and emotional spectacle.
This moment tells the story of a deep bond with the land and of a passion that, generation after generation, continues to be passed on by instructors who have made the mountains a true school of life.
An experience to be enjoyed and shared, easily visible from several panoramic viewpoints. From Plan Checrouit, immersed in the alpine environment, spectators can enjoy the show from a privileged perspective, while Piazza Abbé Henry, in the heart of the village, offers an elegant observation point over the entire ski area, perfect for being captivated by the beauty of the event.
