The gourmet experience is a journey within a journey. At the departure point, the Café des Alpinistes is the stop before ascending towards Mont Blanc, while at the intermediate Pavillon station (2,173 m) you’ll find the Mountain Bar, which offers a quick break with a sandwich, so you won’t miss a moment of your day at the foot of Mont Blanc, the Ristorante Alpino is the place for those who want to enjoy a gourmet break without losing the authentic flavors of the mountains.
At the Punta Helbronner station (3,466 m), the Kartell Bistrot Panoramic is Italy’s highest café, where you can discover the authentic flavors of Valle d’Aosta tradition while admiring the granite cathedrals of Mont Blanc.
For expert skiers, Punta Helbronner is the starting point of the Vallée Blanche, a legendary off-piste route that crosses the heart of the Mont Blanc massif. Over 20 kilometers of descent through glaciers, seracs and unique panoramas, always to be experienced with an alpine guide, until reaching Chamonix in France.

At each station you can experience the mountain: exhibition spaces, restaurants and bars, the crystal exhibition, the history of the cable car from 1941 to today, in summer the Saussurea Botanical Garden, the Marmots’ Den, LaFeltrinelli and a surreal room, the “Mont Blanc Infinity Room”, which allows you to experience Mont Blanc and its colors in all seasons.
